Power of Attorney for Finance – to manage assets that are not titled in the name of a Trust
Power of Attorney for Health Care – to manage client’s medical and personal needs

  • If necessary, make referrals to professional specialists such as CPAs, legal counsel, financial planners, investment advisers, insurance providers and others
  • Use discretion to provide for the Health, Education, Maintenance and Support (HEMS) of beneficiaries
